Lifeboat is a modern research and training center that Grupa casusBTL opened in autumn 2018 in Poznan. The mission of this place is to combine science and technology to improve the implementation of technologies that support prevention and treatment of modern-age diseases, improve motivation for self-monitoring of patients and make it easier.

Lifeboat is a modern facility with high quality fiber optic connection enabling broadband Internet access and the latest conference equipment. It is a suitable venue for conferences and workshops for doctors, nurses, and therapeutic teams. It can also be used as a recording and TV studio for online webinars.

Since November 2018 Lifeboat has been a place where DiabeTECH.life is active – it is a research and training canter the aim of which is to develop modern solutions in diabetology, study their effectiveness and introduce them so that they can be of help to therapeutic teams and improve the quality of life of patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

Workshops on Android APS implementation in the DiabeTech.life research and training center

On November 22nd, in the research and training center DiabeTech.life launched by the casusBTL Group in autumn 2018, on the eve of the commencement of the 1st Modern Diabetology Forum, workshops on Android APS implementation were conducted by Miloš Kozak and Adrian Tappee with Szymon Czapla and Grzegorz Stykowski, Polish representatives NightScout Polska community #WeAreNotWaiting.
